Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Customers may cancel their fishing trip reservation up to **3 days before** the scheduled trip for a "full refund" of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period will forfeit the deposit.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: The company reserves the right to cancel a fishing trip within 12 hours of the scheduled departure time under the following circumstances:
1. Adverse weather conditions that could compromise safety.
2. Boat mechanical issues that prevent the trip from proceeding.
3. Unforeseen emergencies or events beyond the company’s control.
In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of any deposit made, or be offered the option to reschedule the trip.
